<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">It has infected nearly forty million people, and has killed over half (roughly twenty five million) people. Some areas are infected with HIV more heavily than others. For instance Africa is well known for one of the higher risk countries that carries the HIV infection. The HIV virus is only transmitted from host to host, by body fluids. This includes, saliva, sperm, and blood. If any of the mentioned body fluids come in contact with each other during, sexual intercourse, first aid to injuries, or any other method, you chance being infected by the HIV virus. </span></span></p>
<h2><span style="font-family: Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Many people who have been infected with the HIV virus are unaware of it. </span></span></h2>
<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">The virus itself will hide in your blood stream making it difficult for your physician to determine if you are infected. Aids symptoms are often symptoms of regular flu or cold related illnesses. Some of these symptoms include but are not limited to: fever, cough, headache, stomach problems, and others. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Although there are no true signs of HIV, it is also contagious through the methods previously explained. A safe practice pertaining to the prevention of Aids or HIV is to always have protected sexual intercourse, wear gloves when treating wounds when possible, and always labeling body fluids to warn others.</span></span></p>
<h2><span style="font-family: Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">After you have become infected with HIV the virus then begins the long process of breaking down your cells. </span></span></h2>
<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">This is why aids is dangerous. The infect will often die of a cold or illness other than HIV itself. The body&#8217;s defense mechanism has been broken down so much that it can no longer fight off the common colds or illness that you may be experiencing.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Children also known to be born with the HIV virus. In these circumstances, the mother or father has been infected by the virus therefore it is passed on to the child. In other cases the body fluid from birth is exchanged infecting the child. </span></span></p>
<h2><span style="font-family: Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">To verify HIV and Aids, they are basically the same virus. </span></span></h2>
<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">HIV will break down the body&#8217;s defense mechanism then resulting in aids. Those infected with HIV or Aids often become ill with cancer, tumors or other illness&#8217;s that will slowly eat away at your body. If you believe you have been infected with the aids virus, it is best to consult your physician. The virus may not be present right after the infection occurs therefore your physician may ask you to come back at a later time for retesting.</span></span></p>

Promoters of these products say that the active ingredients used are extracted from plants, they produce a real increase in mammary gland tissue and, more than that, the breasts will become firmer and healthier.</strong></em></p>
<h1>What is actually the truth about these supplements?</h1>
<p>Generally they are based on a number of plants that contain compounds with activity is similar to hormones. One of the most used ingredients is Serenoa repens, a plant commonly used to treat benign enlarged prostate to men. It was noted that this plant, by metabolism, increase the volume of the mammary gland, but its effects on general health of the woman is not yet understood. It appears that the effect of breast augmentation is less clear whether this plant is also associated with fennel and Trigonella foenum-graecum, dill seeds, dill oil, dill seed tincture or ivy.</p>
<p>In terms of clinical studies on the adverse effects of these herbs on the body, they are not, unfortunately, too many. In most cases, manufacturers of creams or pills claiming to enlarge the bust circumference claim to have examined adverse effects of these products and they can be safely used.</p>
<h2>One thing is certain</h2>
<p>In medical journals published there are no studies to support these assertions. But that was experimentally that by feeding female rats for 10 days with fennel seeds, there was a weight gain of the mammary glands of these and if doses were increased, the increase took place in the uterus.</p>
<p>But it is well known that excessive exposure to hormones such as estrogen favors the appearance of neoplasms. Therefore, it is not known if these products administered at recommended doses promotes growth of endometrial tissue or actually increase the incidence of breast or endometrial cancer. Thus, women suffering from endometriosis, diseases of cholecystitis, breast cyst or pregnant women, nursing, taking oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapies are are most exposed to these risks.</p>
<h2>Verdict?</h2>
<p>Until clinical trials will examine the management implications of these products, these breast enhancement supplements should be avoided.</p>

Sometimes, there&#8217;s a pretty big discrepancy between what should we do and how we proceed. Why such happens? </strong></em></p>
<h2>Most times we not realize how quickly the calories accumulate. Here are a few situations that may compromise the chances of a diet.</h2>
<h2>Eating too fast</h2>
<p>Unless you are in a contest with the theme &#8220;Who eats a hamburger quickly, you do not have to hurry to the table. It is an unhealthy habit, which not only seriously disrupt the digestion process, but also lead to more rapid uptake of calories. In addition, eating slowly, chewing food slowly, you get to feel full faster and not at least, you&#8217;ll enjoy truly delicious food.</p>
<h2>&#8220;Skip&#8221; meals</h2>
<p>It was showed that people who &#8220;jump&#8221; over breakfast tend to gain weight more quickly compared with those that not neglect the first meal of the day. And the argument is valid regardless of which of the three main meals is.</p>

<p>Juice (carbonated or not), cocktails (especially non-alcoholic), coffee and tea is sweetened just as many &#8220;trap calories. Stop thinking that you compensate by eating less, on the contrary&#8230; Therefore, it is better to limit yourself to water, skim milk and juices.</p>
