Sometimes, there&#8217;s a pretty big discrepancy between what should we do and how we proceed. Why such happens? </strong></em></p>
<h2>Most times we not realize how quickly the calories accumulate. Here are a few situations that may compromise the chances of a diet.</h2>
<h2>Eating too fast</h2>
<p>Unless you are in a contest with the theme &#8220;Who eats a hamburger quickly, you do not have to hurry to the table. It is an unhealthy habit, which not only seriously disrupt the digestion process, but also lead to more rapid uptake of calories. In addition, eating slowly, chewing food slowly, you get to feel full faster and not at least, you&#8217;ll enjoy truly delicious food.</p>
<h2>&#8220;Skip&#8221; meals</h2>
<p>It was showed that people who &#8220;jump&#8221; over breakfast tend to gain weight more quickly compared with those that not neglect the first meal of the day. And the argument is valid regardless of which of the three main meals is.</p>
<p>The explanation is simple: if you eat rarely, you tend (natural, by the way) to eat more, and feeling hungry between meals you will fight (probably) with chocolate bars or snacks. I do not think there is need to talk to you about the consequences &#8230;</p>
<p>Therefore, do not give up any of the tables, but watch out for what kind of food you choose. For example, one muffin contains about 400 calories. A healthy breakfast should be rich in protein and fiber, a boiled egg, bread (toasted or as such) and half a grapefruit is ideal for the beginning.</p>
<h2>Too many drinks high in calories</h2>
<p>Juice (carbonated or not), cocktails (especially non-alcoholic), coffee and tea is sweetened just as many &#8220;trap calories. Stop thinking that you compensate by eating less, on the contrary&#8230; Therefore, it is better to limit yourself to water, skim milk and juices.</p>
<h2>Attention to food composition</h2>
<p>Portion size is not only a threat to your figure, but all those delicious composition products: ham, pieces of fried chicken, cheese, croutons, sauces, mayonnaise &#8230;.  salad is not always the ideal option, depends on what comes into its composition.</p>
<h2>Eat without thinking</h2>
<p>You may ask what connection is between eating and thinking? At first glance, none, but think how often you are going to eat in front of the TV, browse the newspaper or a book. So, what do you do?<br />
Try not to confuse a relaxing moment with the need to crunch something, or better drink a tea or chew sugarless gum. ?</p>
